HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept major credit cards and Paypal payments. In the checkout process you can select Paypal or one of the credit cards as the payment method. All transactions are secured by a security certificate.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
You can’t change your order once it’s been placed. If you want to order a different item, you can cancel the first order and order a different item. If you want an additional item, you must order it separately.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you want to change your shipping address, you can contact us and we will ship your items to the new address, as long as they haven’t been shipped already. After the items are shipped from the warehouse, we can no longer make any changes.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
As soon as your order is shipped from the warehouse you will get an e-mail confirming that your order has been dispatched.
WHAT IF I STILL DON’T HAVE MY ORDER AFTER THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE HAS PASSED?
The estimated delivery date is only an estimate, so we can’t guarantee that your order will be delivered before the estimated date has passed. This depends on the postal services of the country to which the package has been sent and other possible practical factors. If you don’t get it in time, please feel free to contact us so we can check what happened.
CAN I GET THE VAT REFUNDED, IF I ORDER THE PRODUCT FROM OUTSIDE THE EU OR THE USA?

We occasionally offer promotional codes to all products. The prices of some items may be reduced from time to time and prices of some items are reduced if you bundle them with a suggested item. We will offer other types of discounts.
